Each of the Commons Townhomes are fully furnished with a mix of Queen beds and bunk beds to sleep from 6-10 people. Every one is individually decorated in a fun, beachy style. All the dishes & kitchen utensils you need are waiting for you including a full size fridge, stove, oven, microwave, coffee pot and even a blender for mixing your own cool, refreshing drinks. They are fully outfitted with bed linens, pillows, & towels – just pack your clothes and hop in the car.

Mid-Season rates (March 1 – May 16 and September 8 – October 31) are $265/night.
High-Season rates (May 17 – September 7) are $315/night.
Low-Season rates (November 1 – February 28) are $220/night.
Winter monthly rates are from $1500 – $1800 per month.
